The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Even though they didn't speak English fluently, I had no issues communicating with them and they were always willing to help. The personalized meals cooked to order were a delightful surprise, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, although it could have had more variety for Western options.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The outstanding service, prime location, and abundance of amenities make this hotel a top choice in terms of quality and luxury.

Uncomfortable mattress, noisy surroundings, and rude staff. Despite being a new year celebration, the hotel did not offer any special activities or decorations.

Conveniently located near the city center, this hotel offered spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The staff, although with limited English, was helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the access to a nearby restaurant and the fact that the hotel was easily accessible from various points in the city.

There were some negatives as well. The lack of socket points near the bed was inconvenient and the noise level was higher than expected.
